Valentine’s Day is one of the busiest seasons in the floral industry, and at Florisol&Co, we experience it with passion, commitment, and an extraordinary team effort. From our farms to our sales team, every person played a key role in ensuring that our flowers arrived fresh and beautiful to our customers. This year, we faced big challenges, but with teamwork and determination, we made it one of the most successful Valentine’s seasons in our company’s history. In this blog, take a look behind the scenes at how we lived Valentine’s across every department.
On our farms, work started months in advance with detailed planning to ensure the best quality for our roses, chrysanthemums, gypsophila, tinted flowers, bouquets, and every product we offer. Coordination between our growing and post-harvest teams was essential to optimize cutting, packing, and shipping times. Each flower was carefully selected to meet the high standards of quality and freshness that define us.
Our administrative and sales teams were just as involved, managing orders, coordinating shipments, keeping close and constant communication with our customers, and supporting the operations team on the farm. They also took steps to keep our staff motivated with snacks, encouraging messages, small gifts, and active breaks that included hand warmers and massages. These actions helped keep everyone’s energy high and ensured that every flower shipped carried the dedication and effort of the entire Florisol&Co team.
The extra effort from every person at Florisol&Co was evident. Long hours, late nights, and tireless energy were essential to reaching our goals. The passion and dedication of our team could be seen in every harvested, bunched, and packed flower, in every box shipped, in every customer interaction, and in the satisfaction of delivering a successful Valentine’s season.
This Valentine’s season at Florisol&Co taught us valuable lessons and, more importantly, reaffirmed that our team is stronger and more committed than ever. Thank you to every person who was part of this season, to our customers for their trust, and to our flowers for continuing to be the best way to express emotions. We keep growing and look forward to the next season with excitement!
